Had dinner at Lupo di Mare in Rehoboth this week, it was really good, very authentic. I had a shaved Brussel Sprout salad with pecerino cheese and truffle oil, grilled artichokes and a salad of grapefruit, oranges and fennel. Very authentic Italian, great service and nice setting. A must try if you like authentic Italian and are in Rehoboth.

I think Rehoboth would be a perfect town for a bachelorette party. The Purple Parrot on Rehoboth Avenue turns into quite a party place in the late hours. My husband and son were there at the bar one night and before their eyes it became a drag disco. Baltimore Avenue might be a lot of fun too. If you have a designated driver you might like to venture over to Dewey for late night parties.

I think Lewes17266's idea of The Cultured Pearl is a great one, particularly if you sit on the roof deck. Venus on the Half Shell in Dewey might also be fun, particularly if you are going to go bar hopping there afterward.

Your dinner sounds so delicious for summertime. Lupo di Mare is a beautiful looking restaurant. I have only walked past it, but will get there for a meal eventually, Thanks.
