How to check listed e-mail address?

I wanted to check the e-mail address I listed when I signed up, and I thought it would be in my profile - but I don't see it. Surely it's accessible, in case people need to change it, right?

Click "Settings" in the list under the main menu bar at the top of the page on your MYCHOW page. The email you are registered with is listed there, and you may update it there as well, if you wish.
