[London] Lunch/snacks near Oxford St?
Oxford Street itself isn't great for foodies, but is there anywhere nearby that I could try for lunch / snacks tomorrow?
Ideally I'm looking for somewhere as close to Oxford Circus as possible, but I'm wondering if I should give up and head into Soho? Fernandez & Wells maybe, or a quick curry at Zayna?
Even somewhere to have a decent glass of wine / cocktail and some charcuterie would be great.
Any ideas and suggestions welcome!

how about Carnaby Shopping area? there are a couple of places around there that might fit the bill. But i guess if you're going that direction, i guess you could head to Fernandez & Wells.
There's also a Swedish bakery that looked really good around that area if you wanted to try.

oh yah here's the place on carnaby that looked good:

everytime i've been to carnaby, i've seen that place packed. (maybe from the tourists?) i wonder if it's good.-

dehesa is the sister restaurant to salt yard. i think its over-priced but the food is nice.
ozer is a nice turkish place, north of oxford circus. i also like la trouvaille which is just off carnaby street. there are various branches of leon and a pain quotidien which is reliable.
