Stew's in Yonkers is selling some awesome very large lobsters at $7.99 lb. I got a 4.5 pounder yesterday that had a generous yield and was very sweet.

That's not bad, but it's still $36 for two people (or one greedy lobster eater like me) -- before cocktails, appetizers, wine, sides and dessert. That could quickly add up to one of those dinners everyone's complaining about on "So sick of overpriced Westchester!" (http://chowhound.chow.com/topics/555581)
