Las Quenas on the corner of Sherman Way and Bellaire in North Hollywood; Puro Sabor on Van Nuys Blvd. in, um, Van Nuys. Both are stunningly excellent. The actual ceviche itself is slightly -- SLIGHTLY -- better at Las Quenas but the accoutrements (choclo, cancha, potato and yam) are much better at Puro Sabor.
Las Quenas will do half-orders, too, and Puro Sabor doesn't.
