Why would they do that to the poor cheeseburger? A can is not the cheeseburger's natural habitat.

Gotta be a hoax.
Cooking the can for 10 minutes and the cheese on the burger isn't even melted plus the lettuce looks too fresh after being cooked. .

Did you go to page two to see what it actually looked like? The one with lettuce and cheese is what is supposed to look like - the actual burger that supposedly came out of the can looks like it really did.
