Good healthy eats in Athens, Alabama?

Hi Chowhounds! I'm headed to Athens, Alabama next week on business. Any recommendations for good places to eat, especially for someone who is attempting to eat more healthy food?

there was a florence post recently where someone was asking for vegetarian recs- florence is a bit of a drive but I think the advice there applies in athens.

There isn't much- BBQ and fast food predominate.

There are a couple of locally owned diners/bakeries you might check out for salads, sammies, etc.
