Fresh pizza dough in Vancouver/Burnaby
Just starting making pizza on the BBQ, and it is so delish! My question is where I can buy fresh pizza dough if I'm not in the mood to make it myself. Somewhere in the Fairview area or Central Burnaby near public transit would be ideal.

I buy my pizza dough frozen from Calabria Bakery on Victoria Dr. It's not bad. I'm no pizza-making expert, but it works well for me. It's fairly easy to roll out and it turns out ok on my baking stone. (pic attached)
One tip, I find that I can never get a crispy crust the first time around, so I bake the pizza until it's about 90% done, take it out and let it cool a bit on a rack, then when we're ready to eat, pop it back into a hot oven on the hot stone to reheat and crisp up again for about 5 minutes. Delicious!
I've never tried pizza on the bbq, but I don't see why this dough won't work on the grill.
