Email notifications aren't available for Chowhound posts, unfortunately. You can follow all the threads you've recently participated in via your mychow page, however.

You can get email notifications for comments on CHOW stories, blogs, recipes, etc, by choosing the ticky box next to the comment box when you make the comment.
