Casa Mono-what to order?

I am going to Casa Mono for dinner with the bf. As much as I love to eat he is the more adventurous eater. I am sure he'll get some meats that I will kindly try but most likely not enjoy. I'm more of a seafood/veggie girl. Suggestions on what to order, for me and for him? Thanks.

do yourself a HUGE favor and go to bar jamon before dinner at casa mono, get a nice quartino/bottle of wine and order the Bocadillo de Bar Jamon. It may be one of the best sandwiches in the city. It's tortilla espanola, jamon iberico and tres manchego cheese sandwiched between two pieces of pan con tomato (crusty bread with rubbed tomatoes and garlic). to say that it is amazing would be an understatement.

3 of our must order everytime we set foot in Casa Mono:

The Razor clams which is close to excellent and a generous serving.
The Duck Egg wtht Mojama is very good.
      Skirt Steak.

I second the Fideos. They are lovely.

Also I had an outrageous beet and goat cheese salad. It was fresh and wonderful. Loved it, one of the best beat salads I have ever had.

There are some great seasonal veggies on the menu right now (ramps, asparagus, artichokes, sugar snap peas). I also love their Romesco sauce. I also see soft serve crab on the online menu. For two people, 5-6 dishes should be more than enough food.

          For you:
          Pumpkin and Goat Cheese Croquetas
          Razor Clams a la Plancha
          Pulpo with Fennel and Grapefruit
          Fideos with Chorizo and Clams
Skirt Steak with Onion Mermelada (if you eat beef, this is fantastic)

          For him:
          Lamb's Tongue
Duck Egg with Mojama (a classic)
          Sweetbreads with Fennel al Mono
          Foie Gras with Cinco Cebollas
