Omelette & Waffle Shop in San Pedro?

I read on tripadvisor that this place is really great...but is it?
wondering if I'll feel that greasy diner sick feeling after i eat there... :)

    O&W Shop has solid breakfast diner fare with hearty portions. They usually have lots of daily specials on the chalkboard which are good
