Sesame Covered Almonds

Does anyone know where to get these in NYC? In Greece, my bf enjoyed these while sitting on the beach, drinking Orange Fanta (if you know where to get European Orange Fanta that would also be appreciated).

These candy-like items were roasted almonds coated with sesame brittle. The taste was like the crunchy sesame candy found in bags in drug stores wrapped around an almond.

    1. You may want to check out Kalustyan's in Murray Hill, they sell a lot of loose nuts, candies, and Mediterranean/Middle Eastern confections.

        1. Trader Joe's has in its nuts & dried fruit aisle bags of almonds covered in honey and sesame. I'm far from a diehard TJ's fan but found these to be a standout, and unusually addictive. They're not too sweet and closely match your description. Enjoy!

Yep...I've seen them at TJ's, as well.

Thanks again... just bought some for BF's birthday. Can't wait to try them, I had to resist opening a bag.
