Where Can I Find a Party Room in Miami Beach

Looking for a nice party room, say in a condo or nice building in Miami Beach or in SOBE for a 30th birthday party in July.

Would prefer to be able to just pay for a nice size party room for about 30 people and bring in my own catering and buy my own alcohol and DJ.

I have been feverishly surfing to find this but keep coming up with hotels and restaurants that want outrageous prices.

Any help?...Thanks!

    1. It may already be booked but you can try the Miami Beach Botanical Garden. The garden and various rooms are available for weddings and parties at a reasonable rate, you can bring in your own caterer and music, and it's a lovely spot. The web-site is: mbgarden.org

              Penthouse looks really cool...havent called them but must cost a fortune.

              I know there are couple of place on sobe that will allow party room to be used if i simply rent a room and pay security deposit.

              Trying to keep costs under $2000 with food and wine, beer for about 30 people...maybe be a bit underfunded here, dont know?
