Greek Puffy pocketless pita recipe?

I would love to try and make some for this weekend! I don't like the pocket pita, I prefer to wrap my gyro or kefta in nice, soft, fluffly thick pocketless greek pita.

Anyone have a great recipe?

Not one person has a pita sans pocket recipe? I explored online, but am not sure if what I am finding is the thick, pocketless flatbread I want!
