I'm on a road trip through Atlanta in a few weeks and we need some canned beers for our final destination (no glass allowed). Here in Austin you can find a couple varieties of Shiner, Fat Tire, etc. level beers in cans if you know where to look. I'm looking for something a step above PBR/coors/miller. What stores in ATL have decent canned beers?

I'd check out Green's. They have two locations. Not sure if there are better places in Atlanta.

Green's, Tower, Hop City are all good choices for beer selections in general. All of those carry the fine beers from the folks at Oskar Blues, the best canned beers I've ever had (and many will agree) - Dales Pale Ale, Old Chub Scotch Ale, Gordon, Ten Fidy, Mama's Little Yella Pils, all excellent (Gordon is my favorite).

At some point, we had Brooklyn lager on the shelves in cans, too. Not sure if that's still the case. The only other one I saw lately that I hadn't before was something light-lager-y from Canada.
