Source for Merguez in Manhattan

I'm looking to buy some great merguez in the city (ideally E or W village or chelsea) this week. Three Corner Field Farm won't be at union sq before I need it, unfortunately. Where is a good source? Thank you!

Just one stop across the East River in Williamsburg, Marlow and Daughters has had it when I've been in there.

    2. My go to for merguez is 3 Corner Field Farm - at the Union Square Greenmarket (not sure which days). It is the best merguez I've ever had. They're a small farm upstate that raises sheep. Also sensational lamb chops and sheep's milk cheese.

I also like Salumeria Biellese in Chelsea on 8th Ave and 29th St, Thery make dozens of varieties of sausages- very high quality and reasonably prices.

fyi, the OP specifically stated that "Three Corner Field Farm won't be at union sq before I need it, unfortunately." I agree though, their merguez is delicious.

Which is why I suggested Salumeria Biellese.

      2. Like Ann900 said, Salumeria Biellese in Chelsea (8th and 29th) does have a very good merguez. It goes for around $11 / lb, if I remember correctly. Call ahead to make sure they have merguez, since they don't, always.

(DeBragga & Spitler in the Meatpacking district carries Salumeria Biellese products, if you don't want to venture further uptown.)
