Decided I had to cook with gas and now we're about to take the kitchen down to the 100 year old studs. Am about to purchase a 36" 5 burner F&P gas range but need last minute hand-holding. Have heard mixed things about F&P but can live with most. Am worried about the European sizing, ie. less than counter depth. Will I regret this when my wok is on the big BTUs in the centre and I'm trying to squeeze other pots in? Would I be better off with a 4 burner 30" Bertazzoni or a 5 burner 30" GE Cafe? Gas loving chefs pls help?!

Also wondering if F&P double dishdrawers with plastic drums will be practical for a family of 4 who mostly eat in. Seems most popular with empty nesters? Also considering a Bosch or Bloomberg with Stainless St interior and adjustable shelves. Any comments appreciated. THANKS!
