DO NOT GO to Ocean Kai

OK so I guess I should know better than to take a restaurant recommendation from someone I do not know, but since my sister and I wanted some quick chinese we picked the closest place to the Hingham Shipyard...Ocean Kai. A woman at her salon recommended it.
It was unbelievably bad.
The service was grreat and that is where it all ended. Every single thing we got was awful. Crab rangoons (a guilty pleasure and you know it) were not crispy but soggy, the vegetable fried rice had no flavor whatsoever, and the chicken lettuce wraps tasted exactly like the same sauce in the green beans and chicken entree. We had the food wrapped up so as to avoid questions from the waitress as to why so much was left over, and then proceeded to throw the whole bag out when we got home.
Do yourself a favor and make the trip to Quincy Dynasty in Quincy....and stay away form Ocean Kai at all costs.

I think Ocean kai was around when the pilgrim's settled. The Pilgrim's were starving and wouldn't eat that food. Seriously it's been around for the last 30+ years and I've never met someone whose actually ever eaten there.
