Any good Ham dinner?

I've got a craving for a good roasted, carved off the bone kind of ham dinner. Cooking one myself would mean a ton of leftovers. I'm not looking for breakfast like ham and eggs and not really looking for proscuito or tapas or something that includes ham, just a good straight ahead ham dinner. Any suggestions? Tanks Doilinks.
