Any Recipe for Noodle Bliss, aka Kimchi Mentai Yaki?
It's been a week today since I tasted it at Zakkushi in Vancouver, and I can't get Kimchi Mentai Yaki out of my head as we drive back to the Bay Area. Is there anyone out there willing to share a recipe--or give me some ideas how to re-create this dish of udon slathered with kimchi and fish roe? It's featured below:
