recipe needed for dry mixture
can i get a suggestion on what recipe i can make with this mixture of dry ingredients:
# 1 cup white sugar
# 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
# 1/2 cup flaked coconut
# 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
# 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
# 1/2 teaspoon salt
while following a recipe for banana coconut bread, i mixed together the flour, sugar, coconut, baking powder, baking soda, salt and then realized the instructions required creaming the butter and sugar together. i measured a new dry mixture and continued on with the recipe. but now i have a dry mixture for a new recipe i guess. any suggestions? i have white chocolate chips, almonds, cocoa, and i can buy any other ingredients tomorrow (as long it's ok to leave this in the fridge overnight). i guess this is a start of a cake or another quick bread?

re: momskitchen
that's good news.
i'd like to do something new with this base since i already have the loaves & muffins from my 2nd attempt at the recipe. plus i only have 1/2 banana left.
eta: can i make this recipe (http://www.marthastewart.com/recipe/c...) even though i've already added baking powder to my mixture? i'd be adding:
# 3 large eggs
# 1 cup sour cream
# 1 can (20 ounces) pineapple chunks in juice, drained well
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
1 cup coconut (1/2 cup coconut on the top)
