Baby Back Ribs at St. Lawrence Market?

Who sells the best baby back ribs at the St. Lawrence Market? I was disappointed with Brown Bros. I felt there was too much dry loin meat still attached to the rib. I'm looking for a great juicy rib. Also would prefer not to get tail end.

I'm nor sure what 'baby' means, because all ribs sold will be beyond the baby stage, and firm to the touch.
The best young back ribs will be round (the bones) rather than oval, and easy to spot as you examine them, or ask the counter person to do so.

The oval ribs are side ribs. Back ribs have round bones.

La Boucherie's are always pretty good.

La Boucherie is consistent in cut and quality. I admit I havent tried the ribs yet. I'm generally impressed with their customer service and pricing as well.
