Best Butcher Hot Dogs in Triangle Area?

After enjoying some natural casing hot dogs shipped from a butcher in Wisconsin, thought I'd ask the board for recommendations on what to purchase locally. After grilling, the Wisconsin dogs had a really nice, rich flavor and texture, not fatty like most commercial dogs.

Cane Creek/Weeping Radish hot dogs from the farmer's market. The big ones, not the little ones. Easily matches anything I've had in Chicago or Wisconsin.

Carrboro. I don't know if they do the Thursday Southern Village Market. I thought they were at Durham but their website suggests not.
