UK people - advice on dual fuel cooker

Hi I need to know whether anyone from the UK ( or with experience) can tell me about the Indesit dual fuel cooker? I know it's the cheap end, but it is also the only dual fuel cooker I can find for the small and strange space it must fit into and dual fuel is a must for me. I haven't been able to find any reviews online on UK pages so I am getting desperate. Can anyone offer advice on this brand?

"...and dual fuel is a must for me."

Why? Do you already have gas AND electric in place? If you don't, have you received any quotes on how much it'll cost to run either of those into the space? Are you under the impression that electric ovens outperform gas ovens? (Hint: they really don't.) If you're doing this because you want gas hobs, then I'd suggest going all gas.

Plenty of good reading at http://ths.gardenweb.com/forums/appl/

Thanks. This is a replacement and there has been dual fuel there previously so already set up. As to the performance - it's just personal preference. I prefer the electric oven and gas hob so that's what I want to stick with. I make no argument with the performance of a gas oven but I want to stay with the dual fuel. So really I am just looking for any ideas on the particular brand as this seems to be the only one I can find ( so far ) that fits into the space without making major renos.

Ah, good to hear you're set up and ready to go. Good luck, and I hope you find out more on the Indesit...

Thanks. I am more worried about the quality of the Indesit than the set up.
