Thanks everyone - went to Bistro 5 tonight and had excellent panko and mustard seed crusted soft shell crab with ancho chile remoulade, pickled ramps and frisee. Very Very good, craving satisfied. :)

I think bistro 5 in medford has something going on - I don't see anything on their website, though, so perhaps you should call first.
