I have not eaten in this restaurant in a few years and will be visiting SF next week. Has anyone had any recent dining experience there?

    Had lunch there a couple of months ago and am still talking about the rabbit paella. Perfect crust, deeply flavored, really delicious. We also had the lobster paella with clams and chorizo The small plates were all solid, but nothing innovative, pretty traditional all around. Enjoyed a beautiful albarino from the mostly spanish list. I recommend B44 highly.

      Good timing! They are participating in the June 1 - 15 Dine About Town promotion and their on-line menu for that looks pretty good.

          Yes, I do. I always try to have fresh anchovies at Spanish and Portuguese restaurants.
