tarte tatin in paris

I will be in Paris next week, looking for the best traditional / classical Tarte Tatin. Any recent fabulous finds?

This is not a recent find, but I have always loved the Tarte Tatin at Le Petit Tonneau in the 7th--I don't remember the address. There is a wonderful woman chef there who makes some delicious old fashioned foods.

Le Petit Tonneau is on rue Surcouf, off of rue de l'Universite. The place is so French. I remember going in once and on the banquette, behind the table facing the front door was the resident dog (who was a large dog, btw)! Only in France. He was asked to get down after we came in and he reluctantly did so. Anyway, this is a wonderful neighborhood restaurant though I haven't been there lately and have not had the Tarte Tatin.

You know one thing I love in life is to contradict DCM. The large ones are found at le Moulin de la Vierge on av. de Suffren @Garibaldi, for instance.
