Went by 99 Ranch this morning - lobster is the same price as crab: $7.99 lb. Noticed that they also had live sea urchin.

Yup, the Richmond branch of 99 Ranch.

    2. Gordon, I heart you right now for posting this. I got fresh crab off a boat in Bodega Bay last weekend for $6.99lb, and now have been craving lobster. It's my Dad's bday today - so lobster for dinner it is! Thank you!

Count me in too. I'm going to the Mountain View Ranch 99 looking for it now. Thanks.

      2. Thanks for posting. I bought three (8 lb total) lobsters for $7.99/lb at the Mountain View 99 Ranch Market today. Soup or Rolls? Dilema that I can handle.

Any chance if you noticed they had oysters? We're planning on BBQing some for Father's Day.

They usually have oysters in bags under $1 a piece.

                      Richmond Ranch 99: farmed oysters $.50, 60 for $25. 6/20/09.

Thanks, we ended up getting 25 oysters for $15. Not as good as Hog Island, but a great deal and perfect for BBQing.
