Chinese Prepared Sweetbreads

Has anybody been to or know of a Chinese restaurant that serves sweetbreads.

    In what area of LA? What kind of sweet breads are you looking for? Something along the lines of pineapple bread (buo lo bao)? If so, you can get them at certain dim sum restaurants. Your best bet would be a bakery.

      I thought the OP was talking about sweetbreads like thymus gland.

        Ah, those types of sweetbreads. I prefer buo lo bao... =p

        Lots of places, just about every Cantonese or Hong Kong joint will offer some type of beef offal.

        Some that come immediately to mind:

        Sam Woo BBQ
        Har Lam Kee
        Phoenix Inn
        Fantasea Grill
