Wednesday, Santa Monica Farmer's Market Menus?
Aside from Josie and Jiraffe, what other restaurants have chefs that shop and create a menu based on this specific market?

Many chefs purchase at the market or take direct deliveries from the farmers who sell here. However, that doesn't necessarily mean that they would label their menus as being based on the SM farmers market. For instance, Suzanne Goin clearly references SM farmers market vendors in her cookbook so she obviously uses them but I don't think she has an SM farmers market menu as such.
If you really want to find out more, I would just ask Laura Avery who is the market manager. Or, since the market opens early at 7:30am for professionals only (i.e., closed to the public), you could hang out near the entrance and see which chefs are shopping there.
