Rose Flower Water

I was wondering if anyone had any cocktail recipes calling for rose flower water? I could have sworn I've come across drinks calling for it but I never had any. Now that I've gotten a bottle I'm drawing a total blank for what to do with it!

  1. An ingredient used in a few drinks, orgeat syrup, calls for rose water and/or orange blossom water.

      I'll second the Orgeat. Then make Mai Tais with it. Perfect for summer. Here is the recipe I always use:

    2. 60ml Bourbon
      30ml St Germain / Elderflower Cordial
      10ml Rosewater
      2 drops Angostura Bitters
      ~
      Shake & strain

      50ml Gin
      30ml Simple syrup
      20ml Lemon juice
      10ml Rosewater
      1 drop Orange bitters
      2 drops Grenadine
      .5 tsp Green cardamom seeds
      ~
      Shake & strain
      Top with cava
