Report function for OT posts in the comment sections

There's been a number of posts from pro-life activists in the table manners column, describing abortion procedures IN DETAIL, which is not even tangentially part of the original question (alcohol consumption during pregnancy). As with all other threads, shouldn't there be a report function for comments?

I have no interest in this kind of propaganda. Yes, I know I don't have to read the comments. But that, frankly, could be said about any thread -- and those can be locked, moved, etc. ...

I also found spam in one of the recipes and clicked on the username ("sweetter") to discover that this user had posted spam in many areas, and there was no way to report the spam either from the spam post or from the user profile. I looked in the page headers and footers for a general "contact the moderators" link, and I couldn't find that either.

I found one by that username in the Strawberry Ice Cream recipe comments; I've reported it to the [e-mail] and [e-mail]. Hopefully they'll give this usernname the heave-ho.

And I noticed yet more spam from "JoyTreskor" in the Lists section, again with no way of reporting it.

I find it particularly interesting that the latest installment is from a person who hasn't posted anywhere else. Clearly, the person (username Tallya) only came around for this particular purpose -- to share their unhealthy fascination / fetish with bloody babies.
