Just a note that Amira's in Altamonte Springs has closed the deli and the retail shop is selling off their inventory.

OMIGOD! I've been going there for over 20 years....another victim of the economy or is the family retiring I wonder??

Another long-time, family run, non-chain unique spot bites the dust....sad.

According to the sentinel, they are retiring because of the economy. The sentinel also mentions that one of their sons' is looking to open a kosher deli in lake county
