Anybody know a poultry market in Chicago or the North(western) suburbs that sells live poultry which is slaughtered on premises? Extra points for recommendations for meat markets that stock other types of live animals which can be slaughtered on premises.

There is a zabiha butcher at 6241 N. Western that sells live poultry and small game. Around Eid al-Adha you may be able to get larger animals such as goats.

There is a fairly large list of live poultry stores at http://lthforum.com/bb/viewtopic.php?...
Another store not on that list is on the short stretch of Elston between Pulaski and Montrose a bit south of the Islamic Community Center.
