Best Lunch In Memphis?

I have been away at college, but upon graduation am returning to our fair city. I feel like I know lots of good dinner places, but since I was in school, I did not go to lunch that often. Some of my current favorites are La Guadalapana, the Chinese sub shop, Quick Check, Bogey's, and of course BBQ (BBQ shop and central). What are some of your favorites that I should sample?

    Payne's. No doubt about it.

Las Tortugas Deli Mexicana. It's the best! Doesn't look like it from the street, but trust me. Get the corn, it's the most unusual and tasty thing I have eaten in a while. and have the owner pick what else to order. They do there own grocery shopping every day - no food deliveries at all. It's great.

        Fino's
        Little Tea Shop
        Fino's
        Bayou
        Fino's
Bogie's (some sandwiches are just OK, but the potato salad and pasta salad are worth the trip)
        Fino's

For Mexican, I love El Gallo Giro near Lamar and Getwell. A soul burger from Earnestine & Hazel's always makes me happy as well.

Ooh, and I love Soul Fish and Bayou.

I was in Memphis last October, and enjoyed a good lunch at Sauces, and Blue Fin...in fact Blue Fin was so good, we went back for dinner on another day.
