New restaurant in Tel Aviv and Jerusalem

Can any suggest some really great new (ie past two years) restaurants in Jerusalem and Tel Aviv? I am going for business this summer and as helpful as I find eluna.co.il I find their reviews to be overly positive which has resulted in some very disappointing meals. Thanks in advance!
