We'll be staying at the Sheraton in Warwick for one night and were hoping for some good suggestions on where to eat nearby.

Thanks!
Dina

In addition to what was mentioned in the linked thread, consider the Governor Francis Inn if you have access to a car or are willing to take a short cab ride [About 2 miles]. Some of the best food in that part of warwick for a good price [entrees run aroun 12-15 average, into the low 20s for steaks] The lobster roll and stuffies [stuffed Quahogs] are popular, and I like the baked, stuffed shrimp as well.

Not a big fan of the Gov. Francis Inn...they used to be really good, but the last few times we went, we were pretty disappointed...but I DO recommend Elizabeth's Portofino - it is right on Post Road, so just a few miles down the road from the Sheraton...it might not look like much from the outside, it's in an old plaza-type building, but once inside, it is beautiful and the food is wonderful!

Thanks so much for the recommendations!
Do you think we need a reservation for a Thursday night?

I've always walked in, but then again, I live only 10 minutes away...it certainly couldn't hurt to call them!
