Restaurant Supply Stores

I'm looking for a few things for my kitchen at home and was told to look for certain things at restaurant supply stores (Iadles, etc.) but don't know where any are in Toronto (I'm at Leslie and the 401). I'd love some input or suggestions, please!

As previously mentioned, Tap Phong is awesome. I like Nikolaou (629 Queen St West -- near Bathurst). Nikolaou has a good selection of standard restaurant supplies like restaurant grade pots and pans and prep items. They also have a good selection of knives and some higher-end items like Staub french ovens. Prices and selection are good.
