northern NJ with vegan options

My family and I will be celebrating my birthday in northern New Jersey. We are looking for a nice restaurant within a half hour or so from Paramus that has vegan options, but is not strictly a vegan restaurant.

Su in Edgewater is the best of the vegetarian restaurants in Bergen County. Probably half of the menu is vegan (if not more).

Park & Orchard in East Rutherford seems to be the most lifestyle-conscious restaurant in Bergen County, with options for vegan, gluten-free and other diets, even though its menu is still geared for the masses.
