BIG Food in Montreal?

Queue de Cheval has an obsession with BIG ("biggest lobster in town!!!"; "largest shrimp you have ever seen"; the 10-ounce "petit" mignon, the smallest steak on the menu; etc.). One suspects they're trying to compensate for shortcomings in, um, other departments.

Although I think they've reduced its size, the monstre sandwich at El Zaziummm is still a contender for Montreal's biggest sandwich. It used to be free if you finished it, but now all you get for cleaning your plate is a t-shirt.

Yikes. Le Monstre sandwich costs 20 smackers. It must be huge, enough for 2 or 3 lunches.

Why is the Parc Ave. location the only one listed here? Did the Laurier location split or were they never affiliated?

We get a flyer every so often from the Restaurant Copoli in the west end, claiming that they make the city's largest burger. Couldn't tell you if it's true or if it's any good though - never tried it.

I guess the Copoli burger is bigger than your average burger, but it's not the size of your head or anything. It is, howver, pretty darn good. The meat is basically kefta and the bun is homemade.
