question about making a peach pie the night before

Hi Y'all I am going to be making a peach pie the recipe is on food and wine called georgia peach pie, can I make the pie and store in fridge till I want to bake? for example prepare sat night or sun mronign and bake sun night. Please let me know.

  1. I would keep the crust separate from the filling. It might get soggy and weird. You could line the pie plate with the dough; wrap and chill- and keep the filling in a bowl. Let the filling come up to room-ish temp before baking, but keep the crust cold till you bake. Good luck.
