I agree with Emme. Angel Maid's cakes are all about whipped cream fillng and frosting. Viktor Benes' offers various levels of chocolate cakes based on sweetness and density. The Chocolate Parisian is chocolatey but light.

ditto on viktor benes (i like the one in gelson's at the century city mall). i think the chocolate parisian tastes best if allowed to sit at room temp for about 1/2 to 1 hour.
