Cabo, we know nothing...
So, we're going to Cabo next week and would like some recs on where to eat. I don't know much about the layout of the city. We are staying at Club Cascadas de Baja and I understand it is walking distance to everything? Everyone's definition of walking distance is different. We will have a timeshare with a kitchen and hopefully be able to walk to Costco to purchase some food and drink. We are all on some type of budget, so no fancy places, just good food of any kind. Please keep in mind most going are not foodies.
If you do a search on this board you will find several recommendations for Cabo but mostly high-end places. if you decide to go to Todos Santos or even La Paz for a day write again and I will give you some suggestions.

The Costco is about 1.5 miles outside of town on the main highway. There are old rickety city buses that pick up in front of the big shopping mall with the movie theaters and it will drop you off across the highway from Costco (you have to cross the highway-carefully) and will pick you up in front of Costco to take you back to town. Otherwise a taxi is $10 in each direction. But it's the only Costco with an unobstructed ocean view. They take U.S. currency, but you'll get change in pesos and you can't use your Costco charge card there, they say its a different system. They carry some Costco labeled Mexican coffees that are pretty good and relatively inexpensive to bring home.

Love your list, I have lived in Cabo for 10 years and have not been to some of your recommended locations! Looking forward to trying them. My only note would be regarding Latitude 22, I have been there twice, both times the service was horrible (they act like they are doing you a big favor just coming to your table) and the food is very generic! I have heard the same comments from many locals.
I would add a couple of places:
Tres Islas, on Mendoza three blocks on the left. We also like El Torrito, Tres Islas has the same menu, but better prices.
Soloman´s Landing has great appetizers for $3 if you eat at the bar.
I really enjoy breakfast at The Office, especially the banana pancakes! Lunch and dinner are too expensive.
Lenny`s Deli is also great for breakfast and lunch.
No list would be complete without Tacos Rosy in San Jose. Without a doubt the best fish, shrimp and scallop tacos EVER!

You should definitely check out Peacock or Mi Casa. Those are some really nice restaurants with live entertainment. Other great ones are listed in http://www.cabosanlucasattractions.com/
