<content>A friend asked me if I knew of any farms in S. Jersey for organic cheese and dairy products. Specifically, she wants to know where she can get unpasteurized/non homogenized milk here. Seems she recently saw a show on TV with a self professed healthy lifestyle guru talking about the benefits of non-pasteurized milk. Now she's on a mission to find some. I don't actually know the exact difference between pasteurization and the homogenizing process, but she's all over it. If you know of anything in the Mercer County area and south of there, can you please post the info? Thanks

<content>Last I read, it is illegal in NJ to sell unpasteurized (aka "raw") milk (as it is in many states).
http://www.gardenstaterawmilk.org/index.asp Of course, the catch is "sell"- if you can find a dairy farmer and make friends with them, well...

Unhomogenized milk can be found at Whole Foods and other "natural food" type stores. For cheeses, check http://www.realmilk.com/where3.html#nj</content>
