Do these places vary in their quality by location? We went once to one in Santa Monica and I thought that the food quality was worse than that at a dorm dining hall. Way over salted, chicken not as good as KFC rotisserie style, (which to me is the pits) and side dishes that were very bad.

Know what you mean by inconsistency. Generally thought of as having better sides than chicken, and I have tended to agree. Converted one a few years ago to Chinese restaurant and the grease found in the sewer lines alone would dissuade anyone from going ever again, and you can only imagine what a similar situation would be like at KFC! Fortunately, chinese restaurant doing very well, and never to return to BMarket logo.

Citrin. $84.00 for a roast chicken dinner for two! What a bargain.

I guess this is the follow-up to the $50.00 hamburger.
