1) Not all of the posts of 'People I'm Reading' are appearing displaying on my personal reading list. I see the post in the individual board but it's not reflected in the overall list.

2) The reading list is not in post post order and can vary my minutes to hours from post to post

The 'Latest Posts' list on your MyChow page shows threads that you have posted to, but it does not track those of the people you're reading. When you click on the avatars of people you're reading, it will take you to their MyChow pages, where you can see the threads they've been active in.

I apologize for not being more clear - I'm referring to the Reading List that includes the posting of those 'People I'm Reading'. It is to the right of the My Posts.

Another try -

I click on my name
It takes me to my page - default view is "My Posts"
I select "Reading List" just under the top menu dropdowns
I expect to see all the posts of the people that I have previously selected "as reading"
Since it seemed to have previously worked that way
I find that I am missing entire posts

Someone I'm reading just updated a number of posts yet not of those posts appeared on Reading List. Would hate to follow each person individually.

It may be a cache issue, try shift + reload on the page to force a refresh.
If that doesn't work, logging out and back in seems to clear numerous problems for some people, as does completely clearing you browser's cache.

I just added jfood to my reading list, and first I took off my other two people I'm reading to make it easy to cross-check, and all of his posts appeared.

But then, I added my original two reading targets back, and some of his posts disappeared. So that's ... odd.

I'll open a bug ticket for our Engineers to take a look.

From some investigation, I think what's happening is that the threads being shown are selected based on when the person on your reading list first posted to them. So if jfood has posted multiple times in a thread, it won't reappear on your list once it's fallen off.

Within the page itself, however, it seems to be sorted by when the person on your reading list last posted to it -- so if it hasn't fallen off your list yet, it will bounce to the top.

I'm not 100% certain on this interpretation, but does it seem to jibe with what you're seeing?

Not quite -

I'd expect that the thread would roll down and off the page if a poster I was reading posted on day 1 but not on day 998.

I also expect that the same thread will reappear at the top of the reading list when a poster came back to respond on day 999.

So I think our expectations are in sync - I'm just not consistently seeing the 'day 999' post.
