Dinner and lunch suggestions in downtown PDX

Hey there!

My wife and I are going to be visiting Portland and staying in the pearl district area next weekend. What are some nice Lunch and Dinner spots? Ideally we would like to hit some nice places as well as some local favorites.

Additionally, I love microbrews, and I know portland has some great beer. Any thoughts on the best pubs/breweries in that area that I must hit?

Any help you guys can provide would be much appreciated.
