restauant for 60th bday (30 people)

Hi,

Please provide recommendations for a restaurant for my mom's 60th birthday. An ideal restaurant will have a private room and possibly some sort of music or entertainment. Obviously the food and drinks have to be good too, otherwise I wouldn't be consulting this site.
I am looking for ideas beyond the "fancy SF restaurants" like Gary Danko. Suggestions in the South Bay/Peninsula also very welcome.

The private dining rooms at both Epic and Waterbar in the city are really nice. Wonderful views esp at sunset. No entertainment.
