Seattle: Pioneer Square and Safeco

Just wondering whats good around Safeco field and Pioneer Square for lunch/dinner: we love microbreweries, pubs, anything cool and laid-back, anything different.

Collins Pub, Elysian Fields, Salumi (lunch tue-fri only), close to good stuff in the ID (Pho Bac, Green Leaf, Hing Loon, Szechuan Noodle Bowl, etc)

A couple ideas for lunch (open until 4 I believe)

Salumi - great sandwiches (search on the site if you want to see the glowing reviews)
Tat's - east coast style sandwiches, good philly and others
