Want Novelty Hill Soup Recipe

Went to the Novelty Hill winery last week for a reception and was blown away by some of the food. Two great things; first, the pizza - true Italian, very thin crust, not a lot of stuff on top. Second, the soup - Unbelievable!! It was a Celery root and Jerusalem artichoke bisque, served as an appetizer in a small demi tas cup. Does anyone out there have the recipe? I WILL PAY TOP DOLLAR!!! OK, I'm kidding about that, but I will be eternally grateful.

The winery is beautiful, and it was nice to see that they take their food as serious as the wine. Nicely done.

Have you tried asking them for the recipe? Or, for the name of the caterer, if they don't do the cooking at the winery? I work in a restaurant and we give out any recipe that is requested, as did the previous one that I worked for. Go for it!
